She may make her own proposal,
    And her fate and fortune know.
Corson has no information on this publisher, and I have only ever seen this one lovely card from 1908.
It makes an obvious pun on leap frog and Leap Year although the verse and drawing have little connection.
As a card with appeal to both Leap Year and frog collectors, it tends to go for a higher price.
