Union Faculty introduced the Lincoln-Lancaster County Wellness Section with the Neighborhood Partnership Award Tuesday, Feb. 8, at the ninth yearly Community Appreciation Breakfast at Union Faculty.
Union College gives the award to identify a regional small business, basis or organization’s steadfast commitment to supporting the college attain its mission — to create a particular, pupil-centered local community that empowers college students for a life time of studying, support and management.
The health department’s mission is to protect and endorse the public’s wellness in Lincoln and Lancaster County by community overall health products and services, dental and dietary companies, animal regulate, environmental public wellness, health promotion and outreach, and public overall health informatics and setting up.
